Why this exists
We started SpazorLabs because we kept watching the same thing happen. A demo impresses everyone in the room, and then it never becomes something a business can actually run on.
So that gap is the part we care about. Not the prototype, the version your team is still using a year from now. Most of that work is unglamorous: reading someone else's schema, arguing about what actually needs building, and being around after launch when the interesting part is over.
